A Little Bit About Me
Hi there, i'm a witty, highly ambitious and educated female. I have a good sense of humour (believe it or not) and know what I want in life. My family means a lot to me and i adore my parents dearly.
I am very sociable and actually do have a good social life, and would prefer if you also have a life; as one thing i cannot handle is a clingy guy. I need to breathe and have my own space; and so should he:) Furthermore, one thing i certainly am is Classy, and by no means a low life tramp lol! Hence, I don't believe in throwing oneself at anyone due to the fact that i do have values and standards:)
I don't smoke and neither take any drugs or intoxicants. I prefer to be sober and have a great conversation with someone and discuss anything from politics, anthropology. ancient history, films to whatever is on the menu:)
I completed my PhD 2 yrs ago and love my role as a University Lecturer: it is challenging yet extremely rewarding. I'm also working for an exciting ground breaking IT company which will bring a new meaning to Collaboration once we go public:)

What I Am Looking For
I'm looking for a good hearted companion who will treat me with respect and dignity. An individual who will not treat me like his property; as i only belong to Allah and not to any human. I will never accept being bossed around or nagged into doing things, nor harassed by him in terms of what i can and can't do; nor who i can and can't meet or or what i can/can't wear. However, one can always discuss and resolve issues in a civilised way, and certainly not by threats or beatings! That to me is like living under a Dictatorship and not one could consider a real marriage.

This due to the fact that i'm from a Pathan family that loves their women, they are beautiful, intelligent and very independent..where females are not the property of any father or brother or other random male. Therefore, i will never change what i am already used to and live a life of slavery.

Unfortunately, most Muslim males seem to be from this mentioned category; but i pray there might be hope and there is someone who will prove me wrong Inshallah.

Furthermore, really not interested in individuals who follow the backward culture of HONOUR/IZZET and Honour killings - this is for backward barbarians and cave dwelling savages which has no place in Islam. Plus Allah does not care about your pathetic Izzet/honour! This is a suffocating rule which these backward Hamar/Gadday/Donkeys have made.

Plus males pay for weddings not women! This is another backwards Hindu tradition which sadly many cannot move away from.

So if you are single and aren't intimidated by an intelligent and classy female then don't be shy and drop me a line :) (smiles sweetly after her little rant, LOL)
